A form watched the boy from a nearby tree. Her piercing eyes
focused on him, seeing his slight confusion. She laughed
lightly, this boy had intrigued her. He had stood there when
she and her king had spoken to his principal.

Zatira jumped lightly out of the tree and approached the young
mage. "Don't you know it can be dangerous out here on your own?
You never know who might be lurking in the dark."

"What does it matter to you why I am here young one?" Zatira
smirked staring at him, studying him. "The better question is
why are you here alone on the mountain?" She watched his
response, gauging her intrigue in the mage.

"Destruction? Why would you worry about destruction?" She
smirked. "Destruction brings about a new world. Growth doesn't
happen when everything is all about hope and happiness." She
tilted her head her eyes almost staring into him at this point
as she gauges his reaction.

"But all those things bring about growth of people. Without the
need to overcome something, they would remain stagnant, never
pushing the bounds of what they are." She moved closer to the
mage. She smirked lightly, thinking back to her earlier threat
to him. It still stood, the faint feeling of something seeping
into the edges of his mind could be felt. It was subtle, so it
was possible it would go unnoticed. However her eyes never left
Shinji's. The young mage would be feeling less likely to argue
with the Queen.
