Elliot eventually relaxed and smiled at the spirits before
nodding at the ladies. He then looked at the food before him and
blinked. "Thai huh? This will be new...," he said as he looked
around for what to dig into first. He didn't remember if he'd
ever had Thai food before so this was all new to him. He looked
up and down the table with a frown as he tried to figure out
       where he'd start.

Ely had dug into some very spicy dish that had vermacelli
noodles in it. "If you like spicy, go with that side of the
table. Try some of this one, it's awesome." She held out her
fork, a bite already on it. "Hey, Jess. Go for that dish right
to your left and tell me how you like it. I hunted it down for
you. I had it while I visited Thailand, and thought you'd
absolutely fall head over heels for it." Any of the food is top
notch cooking. Could very well have been a gift and passion the
       woman had.
"Sugar, all your veggiesaurus fare is around you, since I know
you won't touch the rest of it. If you don't like shrimp, I
wouldn't mess with those four dishes." All together, there must
be at least a dozen different dishes. Evenly split between mild
and spicy, four vegetarian, four shrimp, two chicken, two beef.
All in all, there's something on the table each person should
       love.

Jess happily took a serving of the dish that Lya had pointed out
for her to try. "If you think I'll love it I'm sure I will."
she said with a smile. Placing a healthy potion on her plate,
she carefully loaded the fork up with a reasonable sized bite.
She took the bite and let the flavors dance on her taste buds.
Lya was right, this was amazing, perfectly suited for her
tastes. Mild enough for her, but not bland, as much mild food
ended up being. "It's fantastic Lya! This may be one of my new
favorite things." She grinned, before taking a sampling of the
other mild dishes on the table.

Elliot's eyes widened a bit and he blushed a little as the fork
was shoved in his face. If they were alone, he might've just
opened his mouth to let her feed him if she was lucky. Since
that wasn't the case however, Elliot casts a quick glance at
Gregor before he frowned again blushing a bit more.
"W-what do you think your doing? I AM able to feed myself you
know!" Elliot said half-heartedly as he quickly snatched up his
own fork, plunged it into the dish, and took a big bite of the
       spicy vermacelli noodles.

/>the one on the right is Elliot's face after he takes that bite
       .
".....," Elliot freezes like that for a while.

She shrugs. "Because I didn't quite want you doing that." She
replied, shaking her head. And then she watched his face. She
managed to play it off, but something, quite possibly hurt,
flashes in her eyes. She shrugged, looking at Jess, the woman
winning back a smile from the No Moon.
"Is it? Thank goodness. I have some still in the fridge. This
stuff is fabulous cold, strangely enough. And it was better than
hotel food. Do you remember the food at the place we stayed in
Mexico? Yeah, it was worse than that." Ely gestured with her
fork, taking another bite of the spicy dish. She's used to Cajun
food. This was nothing. She's studiously avoiding looking at
Elliot, and only gestures to the less spicy fare. "If you can't
hack the spice, stick to the lesser end." That tone was more the
like the Ely he'd seen in his younger years. Cooler. Not often
directed at him, but it's familiar.

Jess shuddered thinking aback to the food in Mexico, "I didn't
think we'd ever come across something worse than Mexico. I
still think we should have found whoever made that and watched
them eat it." She laughed lightly thinking back to the trip.
"If this is as good cold as it is hot iI may have found a new
staple in my diet. I'm pretty sure I could eat this every
week." She shot a glance at Elliot seeing his reaction and how
Lya was avoiding looking at him.

Gregor smiled and kissed Ely on the cheek softly.
"Its all so good." He said, a heaping pile of veggies on his
plate. He tug in, s smile on h his face all the while.

"GUWAAAAAAHHHHH!!!!!!" Elliot yelled as he literally breathed
fire into the air. Although he was suffering, he was still
careful not to point the flames at anyone or anything that would
get hurt easily. As the flames resided, laughter can be heard as
another small, spirit revealed itself. This one all wreathed in
flame as it laughed at Elliot. Elliot looked up at the spirit
he'd just spit out and glared quickly rising to his feet and
slamming his hands on the table in rage. "IGNIS!!!!"

A spoon rapped him on the head, one very annoyed No Moon getting
to her feet. "Learn to control your temper, pup!" She gestured
at the table, which now had slosh marks where drinks had
spilled. A cup, caught before it could shatter, was set back
down carefully. She looked at the prankster fire spirit,
leveling her index finger at him. "Not at the table, and not
when the pack is trying to bond and come together. You know what
happens when you make me mad." She told him, her tone more than
       a little irate.
She moved into her kitchen, gathering towels. She pointed at
Elliot, golden eyes narrow. "Sit. Put your ass back in the
chair, and calm yourself down." He owed everyone an apology, but
she wasn't his mother, nor his priest. He'd either apologize and
mean it, or he wouldn't. Both would stick in Ely's mind.
She dabbed at the spilled liquids. If Jess or Gregor tried to
help, Gregor received a kiss on the cheek, and a quiet, "I've
got it, sugar." Jess got an adament shake of her head, and a
grin that said pretty much the same thing.

Jess rolled her eyes lightly at Elliot's anger, while attempting
to hide a smirk at Lya disciplining him. She had attempted to
help in the clean up attempt but Lya's reaction was clear. She
settled back down going back to eating more from her plate.
       Enjoying it immensely.
