Freya was lounging on the roof, leaning back against Lycus as
she updated him on everything that happened while he sat quietly
braiding the ends of her hair. "It was quite depressing to
remove everything from Nicolas parents. But in order to keep
them safe it has to be done." she murmured, eyes closed as she
sighed softly. "After that we headed to London and bought you
everything your new room would need."

Lycus absently listened to her talk, paying more attention to
the braiding he was busy doing. He wouldn't admit it but he
enjoyed spending time with his sister like this, and loved to
mess about with her hair. "Then thank you. I will most certainly
make use out of the supplies you've bought me." he said. Content
with the finished braid he took it down and simply combed his
fingers through her hair. Nox was curled up beside the two,
tails flickering in his visible state as he watched them.

She shook her head at his odd way of phrasing, "Most welcome Ly,
I just wish you would make a few friends. I know you say you
aren't lonely and that the family is enough...but me and Artemis
won't be here forever..." she said worriedly.

He tightened his grip around her, eyes darkened but his face
showing off boredom. "I have told you before friends are very
pointless. I do not require them to function." he retorted,
laying his head atop hers. A soft sigh left him as he thought
over her last words, "I know...you and Artem lead very dangerous
lives and could die at any moment, same as any Dracone that
wanders into the shadows. All of us a bit too curious with the
darkness and have to walk a thin line of sanity and insanity."
his voice bitter and upset. He felt comfortable enough to
express how he felt without the prying eyes of others around.
Nox, sensing the mood, trotted over and burrowed himself into
his side.

Lycus glanced over to him, a slight frown formed as he lifted
his head up. "Good evening Yukio." he said, leaning back
slightly. He began to rebraid the ends of Freyas hair.

She smiled, "Hey love." she said softly, not moving from her
spot as she motioned for him to sit beside them. "Planning to
join us on the roof?" she questioned.

He nodded to acknowledge both of them. He wasn't in the mood to

Freya reached out and took his hand Yu-kun what's wrong? she
sent to him, unsure if this was something he wanted Lycus to
know.
