After his acceptance into a new timeline Miles found himself
fast asleep. He was in his house, sound asleep.

The smaller, warm form of his wife curls with him. She curled
against his chest in her sleep, her legs tangling with his. Her
left hand laid on his chest. The alexandrite and diamond
engagement and wedding bands gleamed in the light.

Miles.opened his eyes slowly. He kissed her forehead to wake her
up. The kisses move downto her , and he waits for her to wake
up.

Like a sleepy kitten, she mewed softly at being awoken, aqua
eyes opening and shutting, heavy lidded. She yawned, also a bit
like a cat, stretching against him. "Hmm?" Having just woken
her, he's not getting much more than that, without other methods
of waking her up.

She shifted beneath his hand. Her eyes ere open, though still
half lidded. "Baby, your daughter, like her mother, sleeps at
least until 8. It's not yet seven. Still another hour." One of
her hands stroked over his chest lightly.

said,pressing his forehead against hers. He was exited. He
wanted to show his angel her birthday present.

She chuckled low in her throat, lifting her hands to his face.
"The puppy is sleeping, just like our Angel is. We won't wake
her quite yet. And the pup will be fine, himself." She nuzzled
her cheek against his, whispering to him. "I told you time
wouldn't matter." She nipped his neck ith her teeth lightly.

"I was scared, but.. I remembered what you told me. And I hoped
you would remember what I told you. I said I would always be
there, didn't I? I'm just glad that I got you, the Kaya I feel
in love with." He said, letting out a slight moan as her teeth
scrapped his neck. His own teeth found her neck.

She dragged her teeth along his jaw and neck to his ear. "I'd be
unlikely to forget that, my love. And I'm glad I ended up where
I should have been all along." She breathed a soft sigh against
his skin as he nipped her neck that turned into a ragged moan.
Her mouth teased at his ear lightly as her hands flattened
against his torso, and her nails scraped his skin.
