Yukio looked at Freya and mentally pushed her in the opposite
direction of himself, making a clearing for the creature to run
through.
"Shut up!! No you haven't!!! We just learned this, and I'm most
effective seeing as it's weakness is Mental Attacks! Stop trying
to be hero and distract it!" Yukio said frantically, trying to
protect everyone from getting hit, he was hit by a tree.
"Rghh!!"

Ayame appeared soon after Ruko. A distraction? She morphed into
a cat and ran around the creature, confident in her speed and
agility

Freya reached into the nearest shadow and pulled Yukio through
it, "Hopefully you're not too hurt." she said, sinking them
slightly into her shadow they were able to avoid the shock
waves. "Can you use your ability from here?" she asked while
aiming her bow and arrow at the monster.

hpmh *ruko jumps on the back of the doorlack chains form around
it neck slowing it down but choking the doorlack*
