She gave a sigh of relief. the wounded doe expression fading
from her eyes. She cuddled next to the demon on the bed. And in
all actuality has little concept of his space versus hers. She
laid her head on his chest, wrapped her arm around his waist,
and twined her legs with his. Symbolic in it's own way. He was
also the only one she ever slept this way with. Perhaps because
of the very intimacy they'd shared already.

nera ran his hand once more through the lovely pool of blood
atop her head. his head leaned back again, his eyes closed and
he hummed softly.

It was a pleasant noise through his chest where her head was
laying. "Canzoni carine per me, mia dolce notte?" She pushed a
bit into his hand, much like an animal wanting more of that
attention. She stayed curled as she was, listening to him hum.
Though the hand attached to the arm across his waist sought out
his hand to play with.

his free hand took hers, while the other stayed in her hair. he
smiled but his eyes never open. "solo per te è questo diavolo
canta, rossa bella"

She yawned, her body beginning to relax further into his. Her
voice slowed, thickening with sleep. "Dubito che sarà sempre
solo per me, ma sono contento che ora è. Mi hai adesso, e questo
è ciò che è importante. Nessun uomo si prende cura di me per
sempre." Her last words are soft, said on a sleeping breath. Her
body is entirely relaxed.

"... sempre per te" he mumbled, his eyes opening, gazing up as
if through the celing to the stars. after a moment, he smiled
alittle, begining to hum again.

After approximately an hour, tell tale tensing of Bella's body
says that her dreams are no longer peaceful. She whimpers
softly. She talks in her sleep. "Please don't hurt me, daddy. I
won't do it again. I promise, I won't cry at night, anymore.
Daddy, Daddy, no." Her body shook violently, and she cried
silently in her sleep. One could only guess at what had ensued.

nera looked down at her. he wasnt asleep, he rarely is. his arms
were around her. he kissed the top of her head, and sang softly
to her.
"mio caro angelo, non piangere.
Io sono con voi, le tue lacrime io asciugare.
mio caro angelo, non ti preoccupare.
Io sono il tuo scudo, e voi, io proteggere.
mio caro angelo, non temete.
nulla vi potrà danneggiare, il cavaliere è qui."

She relaxed slowly in his arms. Like his song managed to
penetrate into the nightmare memory, and soothe it away enough
for her to let it go. Let it sink back into the abyss that had
become her mind.
She didn't wake perse, but she murmured to him as she moved
slightly, cuddling deeper into him. "La mia dolce notte. Ti
amo." She's back to sleep even as the words slip from her lips.
