       Bio: Hotaru is a dragon without a partner.  Her appearance gives
       her a deciptively childlike air, although she is highly
       intellegant, and picks up things quickly.  She is easily
       excitable, and always excited to try new things.  She is
       fasintaed by all the new things she sees.  She does however have
       a quick temper.  If she is made mad she will fly off the handle
       quickly.  She wants to find her partner but doesn't know why,
       she just sees it as the next step in life.
