A couple of days pass. A sunny day finds Kaya in the house,
windows thrown wide open. All the doors are as well, letting a
breeze play through the house. It was warm, but she seemed to
truly not care.
She was carefully inspecting various cans of paint. She was
searching for that color. Where the hell did it go?

"so which color we starting with?" haro asked happily, sitting
on the counter. hes in a sleeveless white shirt, a pair of
headphones on his head,pushing his hair back.

She eeped finally. "There it is! I knew it was around here. This
is the color I want on the walls here in the living room." She
pried up the lid, setting it aside on the newspapers that had
been laid out for just that purpose.
She used a wooden stick, stirring the paint until it looked like
it should.

"You' ll be doing two coats of this. I need it even, and a good
base. Kay, koi? I've got plans for what's going over this one."

using a sponge technique that's going to blend a few colors
together in a fashion similar to this." [

haro nodded and began the first coat. "its gonna look great!" he
said happily.
(ive actually done that sponge thing before, helped paint my
brothers old room ^^)

Kaya poured out paint into the pans, getting the rollers. She
looked at him, grinning slightly. "You get to do the edges.
Because I loathe them. And I'm not allowed on ladders." She
rolled her eyes. She picked up her roller, filling it with
paint, and waiting for him to do the same. "At the same time?"
she said, poised to paint. It would be a sort of groundbreaking
for them.

he took a brush and coated it in paint. he smiled at her and
nodded. "on your marks, get set..."

She looked at him. "Go." And set her roller down on the wall,
rolling the color over it. She reached into her pocket with her
free hand, and hit a button. This song comes on:

She rocks out while she paints. She's dancing around in her own
way, but working fairly steadily and diligently. She likes her

haros work is much more irratic. after getting the borders
(screw ladders, just ran up there :D) his strokes dont cover
whole areas, and instead it looks like hes making some sort of
patturn. he seems to be having fun with it and even dips into
other colors, in his own little world
