"Just checking to see if my other half is still sleeping, I was
worried she would awaken after the few missions I've done." she
answered, and began projecting her mind onto the shadows around
the room. Soon the familiar landscape formed and the two were
placed upon a pathway. Freya opened her eyes and checked the
area "My pathway to my platform is stable, the one to my younger
self is also stable and the path to Anilese is still connected."
she said and started walking.

Picking up Nox he hopped to his feet and followed his sister.
Looking around curiously "It seems so empty, I figured with teh
way your mind workds coupled with your personality your mind
would be a jumbled mess of chaos and discord." he said absently.

She shook her head "It used to be that way, remember I used to
get terrible headaches when I was younger. Too many thoughts and
versions of me running around, it was much easier to create a
platform system. Each one houses its own functions and version
of me, but they only awaken when something forces them too.
Those left sleeping are under the lake in my platform." she
explained, ruffling his hair. "Only 2-3 are ever awake, most
stay asleep making it less likely I'll get headaches again."
sighing softly she rubbed her head as they made to her platform
she waved away the barrier.

He nodded, "Fair enough sister, why not bring Yukio then? He is
mentally connected to you after all." he said, a small smirk as
he looked around the forest like structure.

"Didn't want to bother him with the task, I'd rather keep these
problems to myself in case she is close to awakening. I've
warded this area from his mind, nothing too serious he can get
through if he so wishes if not then it'll direct him to my more
conscious thoughts." she said.

He tsked at her though it held no weight "Really dear sister
trying to keep secrets, what would you have done if she had
awoken. I doubt not telling him would blow over so well, big
brother is overprotective but your husband is one to make rash
choices when it comes to you."

She came to a stop in front of the lake "If she was awakened or
close to it then I would try to handle it myself." she answered,
waving her hand she vanished the water leaving it empty save for
the dozens of glass coffins encircling the lake. She hopped down
and began inspecting each coffin "Good they are all still
asleep, no cracks so no one is close to waking up." she
muttered.

She jumped in surprise "God Yuki don't scare me like that!" she
said, lightly hitting his shoulder. "What are you doing here?
Barriers and wards in place for a reason love."
