       Bio: One of the Oldest entities in creation Arceus is an entity
       of balance. Before time began and the battle between Dubradigdo
       and Celphied went on for eons, Arceus was the one who stepped in
       and ended the conflict by sealing them away into the Astral
       Realm. Arceus has played a large role in keeping the balance
       between good and evil without making an appearance through out
       history. If there is too much evil, he will aid good. If there
       is too much good, he will aid evil.
       Although recently there is wor from the Dead Fog. There is word
       that Arceus' old age has taken her mind. That he has gone mad.
       Abilities: Command over all astral entities.
       Strengths: Seemingly unlimited power, does not posses a
       corporeal body.
       Weaknesses: Unable to leave the Dead Fog.
