What? He's right! It was a war over who got to take her home,
keep her and bang her. There's no romance in it. It was
possession, pure and simple. One of the stupidest wars ever
fought, in my God's honest opinion.

Actually, Leon is correct. Both of you are, but the Greeks
wanted Troy. It was known as the golden city, in a perfect place
for trade. They had many luxuries there that were difficult for
the Greeks to lay their hands on. They had also never been taken
before in any war they fought. The walls were impenetrable.
Agamemnon wanted to be the first. Granted, they wanted to take
Helen back, but that was to keep with the treaty made amongst
the men on the day Menelaus actually won Helen. Agememnon wanted
to be the man who was able to take Troy. It was greed and vanity
on his part.
..what? I know my Greek mythology. Why do you think I made Kaya?
