Central Perk and A Little Teas, Please

A combination coffee house and tea house, the two sit back to
back. Both offer an outdoor patio, with comfortable seating and
shaded tables. The inside is just as comfortable and welcoming.
A variety of teas and coffees can be found here. Samples can be
had.
The little cafe serves various muffins, cookies, and other
beverages. Stratas and sandwiches are found after the breakfast
hours, as well. Soups are also served.

after about 2 hours, haro had left work and come here to meet
kaya, hoping shes still here.

He finds the little empath curled like a cat in the sun on a
comfortable looking chaise glider. A half filled clear glass mug
sits next to her, the tea a deep shade of rose. Her shoes,
heeled sandals, are off and laying haphazardly beside her.
The Lulu dress had been replaced will a pair of denim cutoffs,
and a red off the shoulder tee. Her nose is buried in a book.
Closer inspection reveals that it's a copy of William
Shakespeare's compiled works. It's a well loved copy, but
carefully taken care of. It's also written in a language other
than English.

haro smiled when he found her. he saw she hadnt noticed him, so
he decided to suprise her. he covered her eyes from behind. and
whispered "guess who?" in her ear

She didn't jump, which told him she might have been aware of his
presence just before he greeted her. "Hmmm, are you Puck come to
play Seelie tricks on the girl in a sunbeam?" She smiled
slightly before she turned her head to steal a kiss, peaking
above his hands playfully. "Nope. I think I got Prince Charming
today." The kiss stolen, her place in the book saved with a
blood red ribbon, she closed it.
Moving her feet, she opened the seat next to her. "Hey, look. I
saved you a seat." He couldn't know how true it was. She'd
purposefully made sure no one would attempt to sit next to her.
"Have a seat, koi." She said, looking up at him.

haro smiled and blushed, greeting her kiss with his own. he then
took the seat she offered. he kept fixed on her, unsure what to
say. he assumed she was going to ask about his work, or
something pertaining to it...

He took the seat, and she stretched her smooth legs out across
his lap comfortably. She watched him watch her, smiling slightly
when he blushed.
"So, what were you worried about back there, sweetheart?" She
asked him the question. Turned out it wasn't about his job.

"i-i um..." haro looked down. "well.. i..." he tryed to start,
but wasnt sure how to continue... "i suppose its just... the
way... way i act there is... different. fake. im putting on a
show. call it stage fright if you will, ive never cared for my
audience till you came in."

Kaya smiled slightly, stretching her arm out to toy with his
hair. "You have no problem flirting with me elsewhere, but you
couldn't do it there? It's not fake when you're doing it for
someone you really care about. I think it surprised me that you
were so flustered. I had trouble understanding exactly what made
you so embarrassed." Her slender fingers played lightly in his
locks while she talked.
"You know your job doesn't and won't bother me, right? It didn't
upset me to watch you entertain your clientele. I think you made
that old lady's day with your antics. You're looking at your job
cockeyed, koi. You are putting on a show, but try to remember
that you're making someone's day a little brighter." The lesson
everyone in customer service learned.
"That little old lady got to have a man more than half her age
flirt with her and make her feel beautiful. It's nothing to be
ashamed of. Remember how I said I used to watch people before?"
She made her words purposefully vague, but he knew what she was
referencing.
"That sort of thing was what I loved to see. I liked watching
her day be made a little brighter, because she felt special. It
makes the empath warm and fuzzy." She chuckled, and picked his
hand up to kiss the palm. "Nothing wrong with that." With an
impish smile, she admitted. "Besides, you're nice to look at in
the uniform."

he listened closely to her words. its what he needed. that made
her final line all the more sudden, and caused him to once again
change shades to that of a cherry. she liked it? the uniform was
part, albeit a small part, of his embarasment.
