"No need to be loud." she said crossly and frowned at him. "I
just need confirmation, it wasn't my question. Do you think
getting rid of the memories of them both liking me will solve
the problem...I doubt it will fix it completely but it will give
me time to find a better solution. I figured if liking me is one
of the causes of them being pushed to fight then ridding them of
every memory of me will give them less cause to fight..." she
       explained.

Freya's solution caused the spirit to go silent from surprise.
"Yer a desperate girl." he told her.

She looked at him in surprise, "Why do you say that?" she asked
       in her confusion.

He understood what she was aiming for. He began to see her in a
different light. "You would erase yourself from their
memories...." He lightly smiled to himself. "To keep them from
fighting...? That sounds like a last resort to me."

She looked at the ground, "If it means keeping them alive, and
safe then yes I am willing to go that far. Without me in the way
they can both be friends and be happy. I want Tabe-kun to find
love of his own, I want him to be happy and love the person who
chooses without my shadow being in the way." she said and looked
at him. "If Yukio and Tabe are happy then I will be ok with
erasing myself. Now do you think this will work?" she said.

Kuei considered this. "I am...unsure. From what I understand
about the gods is that their fury is fueled by a sort of sibling
rivalry. The love of the goddess they conflicted over before was
the boiling point of their existence. Eliminate the goddess from
the equation..." he continued to ponder this in silence. "There
may be a chance, but" He would be completely honest. "it is
slim. You're efforts may be futile. It is up to you."

She nodded, "Thank you...I will take the risk if means even a
small chance at saving them." she said with a sad smile. "One
more thing...did the godess ever choose one of the siblings or
did they kill themselves before she had a chance to make a
       choice?" she asked.

Kuei looked away. "The goddess was their mother. The mother of
all creation actually." he turned back to her. "She had a
favorite," he said sadly. "But the truth was...she didn't care."
Before Freya realized it he was standing before her. His giant
body towering over her tiny frame. While one hand held his
broadsword over one shoulder, he set his free hand on Freya's
looking her in the eye. “Memory is a way of holding on to the
things you love, the things you are, the things you never want
to lose. By choosing to give up your place in their memories you
       have my deepest respect.”

She blushed in embarrassment, "T-thank you sir." she said with a
smile, "I better go. I need to get this done before I change my
mind. Thanks again Kuei-san hopefully I'll come back and bother
you again." she said teasingly, turning she made her way out of
       the astral borders.

"Wait!" he called. Though his image was gone his voice rang
around her. "I don't know what your relationship with the witch
of Arceus is, but I believe you have a good heart." A thick
leather covered book, bound by a lock appeared in Freya's hands.
"I'll entrust this to you.Don't make me regret it."
