"A bringer of sin," Cherry echoed as he watched Kaya where she
and the spider kid stood. He'd never noticed her before, but in
this moment she was shining. He tucked his hand in his pockets
and a small smile crept upon his lips. "I guess I should go to
class more often to find out exactly what that is."

Kaya bowed her head to the spirit as he left. The rain slowly
stops. Being an empath was hell. She blew out a breath, willing
her hands to stop shaking, and her toes to gain warmth. She
smiled at Yukimora, nodding slightly. "Yep, look at me, the
great soul saver." She chuckled vaguely.
Her changeable eyes settled on Miles. "When you feel someone's
pain, you know what they need to stop feeling it or to accept it
and move forward. I feel their pain, but I'm not so mired in
whatever caused it to not be able to find the solution. Perfect
mix of objective and subjective help." She rubbed absently over
her heart again. That sort of emotion always left her emotions
aching.
She muttered underneath her breath, "One of these days, this
will be either the death of me, or what will send me spiraling
into madness." And it was anyone's guess which. She tossed a
smile to Cherry. "Only reason I go to class. Helpful when your
words are what's between big, scary and deadly and getting your
ass out of a sling."

Miles smiled and whispered to her. "Not if I have anything to
say or do about it." He then took a deep breath and looked up
into the sky.

She takes his hand, giving a firm handshake. "Well, you're ahead
of me on the curve, since you already know my name. Nice to meet
you. And I like your name. It's my favorite kind of Sno Cone."
The girl's sense of the absurd is on display for anyone and
everyone to see.
As Yukimora fades and does his zephyr thing, she looked in the
direction the voice comes from and says, "From the looks of it,
you'll have an easier time findin' me. So, you come tell me
about it. But, sure. I've got no plans later on."
She grins at both Miles and Cherry. "I'm an old maid compared to
you two. I'm a fourth year. Eh, no worries. Keeps me young to
tag along with the whipper snappers." She played at having a
trick back and laughed softly. As she turns to pick up the
dagger that had fallen from her hands in all of this, she leans
near Miles and whispers, "Thanks. That means a lot."

Cherry blushed then laughed harder than intended. "You're my
kind of girl, Sempai." he bowed to her. "It was nice meeting
you. If you need company, just stop by Yukio's house. That's
where I stay." He waved as he soared into the sky. "Peace!"

The girl is left wondering one very simple thing...Where the
hell was Yukio's house? She needed something to eat, anyway. She
spoke out loud to Miles. "I'm goin' to get some food. You can
tag with, or scamper off to do what you do, but this little
empath is dying." Soothing restless spirits took it out of you.

high in the air kyoki eats the dragon's soul and power kicks it
to the ground he does like9 back flips and lands on one hand
Kyoki: that was fun now to go somewhere that i won't be found so
easily
dirt kicks up under kyoki's feet and the ground shatters as he
jumps to the roof of the school
