Underwater cave lake(start here if entering cave)

the only way into the cave is through this lake and the only way
to this lake is by swimming through the ocean and coming up into
the lake

Miles swung here and looked out into the lake below. It seemed
to soothe him, so he just sat and looked out onto the lake.

(fyi the lake has to be reached by swimming through the ocean
and through a underwater cave. and it opens up into a dry cave.)

Miles' spider sense warned him about it, but he turned around
and no one was there. "Weird..."Miles said to himself, and
looked out into the lake.

Miles jerked up, sticking to the ceiling as he heard the voice,
but he thought to himself.
If something happens, I know my way out..
Miles ventured deeper into the cave.
