job to protect them. And the rest of us will help where we can.
But making them try and protect someone is the best way to put
them directly into danger." Kaya turned her ocean eyes to the
little girl. "Can I make a deal with you, Karumi? You can call
on me anytime. Say my name on the wind, and I'll be there before
you blink. I'll protect your mommy. But I want you and your
brother to hide. Then, as you get older, I'll teach you how to
protect her too. Can you do this for me?"

jizero listens to kaya's words and realizes that she knows best
at the moment he always knew she had more stability than him,
he'd always noticed even when they we're gettng along. no amount
of ninja training in the world could help him deal with what
he's going through

then reaches into his pocket and pulls out 2 necklaces each on
with half of an odd charm on it
