killik eyes looked toward her. than down at the shadow he was
eating "i-i am so sorry" killik put the shadow down and looked
at the floor embarrassed " i was really hungry a-and i smelled
your shadow from down in the forest. i couldn't help it. i
followed my instincts and nose........" killik covered his head
and curled up extremely embarrassed at what he did

The winged girl leaned down and looked at the boy, getting more
on his eye level. Speaking softly she smiled, "Its okay, I
don't really mind. If you are hungry you may eat it. I don't
think its doing me any good. That or I can pull more shadows in
for you." She offered with a smile. She kept her senses on the
area around them. "My name is Mika, what is yours?"

He walk infront of Mika, not noticing the boy behide the rock,
"Hey Mika, seem like I forgot to tell you somethin- Why do I
smell someone who is a mix of Yume and Kurei? And Freya? Wait
how is that possible?" he said, sniffing the smells, confused.

killik poked the ground with his finger "n-no thank you. i am
done eating" killik kept his eyes on the ground and scooted
closer to the rock when he heard the others voice "my name is
killik"

Seeing how shy the boy was she gave him a bit of space. She
didn't want the boy to be overwhelmed. Protective instincts on
alert for the young boy. She did give him a nod that read nice
to meet you. Stepping out in front of the rock, she let shadows
keep him hidden unless he chose to come out, blocking him from
senses of others. She looked at Notai, "Don't worry about it,
what was it you forgot to tell me?"

killik looked around as the shadow covered him " what is wrong
with me? " he whispered to himself. he'll have to be more open
if he wanted to make friends. killik sighed and traced his
finger through the sand

Notai scratch his head. "You sure? I would be worry if I smell a
scent that shares the same scent as my friends and found no one
there... Anyway you know that ring I mention? It not activate,
do you have it right now?" he ask as he check into his mind to
check on kurei to see if he was here or not.

Mika shrugged as the wind picked up, "There are things that
could be carried on the breeze, and senses can be fooled. I
know this place well and I do not worry, so you should not
either." She reached into her jacket pocket and produced the
ring. "Yeah I have it on me. Here, if you want to activate
it." She handed him the ring.

Notai shrugged, slightly accepting her explanations. "Okay...
but only because i checked in, Kurei looking over the shop so it
can't be him. Yume and freya though, that in question." He took
the ring and squint into it.
"Here, pour just a tiny bit of your shadows, even just as
smallest as you can, into this gem right there. It require
shadows so it can work, I used Kurei's since I don't have shadow
abilities." He point to the ruby gem in the middle. There were
swirls of black colors around it, he was still curious about the
scent.

The shadow barrier holding strong around the boy keeping him and
his scents hidden. It could have completely been a passing
scent on the breeze. She drops the subject. Using her left
arm, a soft swirl of shadows encased the ruby, pooling into the
ruby. "There is that enough?"
