       A wry smile curved his mouth at her words. "Lost, my angel, is
       an understatement. Have you been playing your sad pieces again,
       or did you find something to inspire the brighter sounds your
       violin can make?" They stopped at a red light, his green eyes
       moving to her for her answer. He casually picked up one of her
       more delicate hands, and kissed the palm before placing it back
       in her lap, and settling in to drive once again.

       An almost sheepish smile settled over her lips.  "Okay, so I end
       up in a completely other world when I play.  I believe the
       strings and I have been making our way around the brighter,
       happier tones that they can make.  It's been a nice change, the
       timbre of my violin is almost as if it has changed."  She
       blushed lightly as he kissed her palm.
