Extremely Likely Mod Abuse

Sorry for the long post but there are lots of details involved.
Last night me (smb718), not a rape van, and DON slask were
playing. We decided that we were going to find a good house to
raid. On our journey, we find a tall house surrounded by walls.
We break through the gate. We get to the top of the building
and prepare to break in. However, we realize that two people
are actually were in the house. This was Kinaesthetic and one
of his friends. Naturally, a fight ensues. Unfortunately, I
did not know the rules of that you cannot sethomes on someone's
house. I did so, and we keep on fighting. We decide its a lost
cause and decide to leave the place.
Later, Kinaesthetic teleports to me. He asks who was with me
and I say not a rape van and DON slask. To this he became
extremely angry and started cursing. He said he hates DON. He
asks if I sethome on his roof and I say yes. He angrily
replies and says that is against the rules and that he is going
to have to "punish us". He never elaborated what that meant...
So I tell him I am sorry and I will changes my homes 3, which I
do. However, this is not enough and he wants to "check" all my
homes. He says I have to go to all my homes, and that he would
teleport to me afterwards. I ask "How will I know that you
don't use /sethome or /location?" (our house is very hidden and
has not been found for weeks) He says he won't. So I
reluctantly go to homes 1, where our house is, then homes 2 and
3. He says thank you and leaves and goes killing people with
his uber-hatchet.
I later get on and, not suprisingly, and DON tells me that we
have been raided. Now, this can be a bit confusing. We made
the "unraidable house" design. Here is the link:

Essentially, this house cannot be raided. We tested it for
hours to be sure. It can be difficult to describe, but
Kinaesthetic made two sets of stairs around our house. From one
of them, it is off in the corner. There is nothing significant
about this spot, in fact it is pretty far away from the actual
spot. The only reason it is there is was to jump on our roof.
I didn't talk to him, but I assume he is going to say he tried
placing stairs there but failed, but who puts stairs in the
corner? He places another set of stairs on the side. From
there, he claims to have jumped onto a pillar and then blow up
our wall. This is impossible. We tried many times and could
not get close. Black Panther and Colin also tried and could not
do it. DON said Kinaesthetic came back and tried the jump but
he could not do it. So, it seems most likely he used his other
stairs to get onto the roof, then teleport into the house.
Then, from the inside he blew up a wall to make it look like he
somehow made the jump. We have not altered our house in any way
so it can be shown.
To conclude, this is mostly likely mod abuse. For one, our
house, which had not been found for weeks, was conveniently
found the next day by Kinaesthetic who forced me to show the
location of the house. He said he would not take advantage of
going in our house, but he likely did. It didn't help that he
knew DON lived there and clearly dislikes him.
I hope this is investigated thoroughly and a reasonable
conclusion can be made. We love this server: DON has donated 50
dollars to it. However, we do not want to play on a server
where angry mods abuse their powers/break the rules.

First of all, you built your way up using barricades on top of
pillars, this is considered a RUST glitch. You should read the
rules and you'll notice that glitching is NOT allowed. Thank you
for putting yourself on the spot there.
Secondly, we had a door opened "on top" of our house, you could
of just entered. The top of this building was our house. I've
requested you to remove it because I saw the poles. Long story
short: You cannot get up there easily without glitching.
Thirdly, I have never said I "hate" Don. The only matter that
got me rather annoyed was the fact that you guys did not
cooperate and that I had to wait 10 minutes for you all to
gather. Alongside that, other people were jumping up your
beautiful glitched "staircase", so we got in a lot of trouble at
our base. I wanted to talk about the matter and settle it, but
it got interrupted by people using your built glitched
staircase, which did slightly annoy me. My apologies if this has
hurt your feelings, but I guess you're a superhuman that never
gets annoyed. The people I have killed with my uber hatchet are
the guys that tried making use of your glitched staircase and
did not comply. They ran away screaming over their microphone. I
could not agree with this behavior and killed them. They have
gotten all of their items back once they apologized and maturely
replied to me.
And it's funny you call your base unraidable. It's not, and I
have proven it to you 5 minutes ago. The jump is easy to make
once you set a properly made barricade. You can easily jump
over. You've made various design flaws. to begin with: Start
making ramps to the sides.. People won't be able to extend the
foundations. If you were to have done that, it would've been
truly unraidable. Too bad you cannot cope with a mistake you
made and have to put the blame on others.
I have checked your locations for your home 1, 2 and 3. I have
also checked locations, because I wanted to see if it was off of
the map. Yes, this exists, and you get a xxx-xxx-xxx location
code. I have not, however, found your house because of that mere
reason. I have seen the line "We're on the edge of the world"
pop up in the chat a few days ago. We took this literally, and
we spent hours yesterday walking to every corner of the map.
During this process, we have found multiple bases and have taken
that advantage as well.
Now, before we stray off the point here: The actual location
should NOT be the issue. Your poorly built base is the issue.
You're blaming me for glitching/hacking into your base, and I
take that VERY serious. I take my moderator status extremely
serious as well as I value this server highly and try to treat
everyone with respect.
Edit: Just noticed how you didn't add those side-buildings. That
would have made us unable to raid it. Though, you forgot.
Sorry, I understand the frustration. But you guys have tried and
have raided us multiple times. As they all say: It's part of the
game.

Do you realize that i removed the barricades on the pillars
before we left your house. So when you were fighting the people
using my "Staircase" It was already destroyed.

You found our house due to "mere reason"?
First of all, we would never reveal the location of our house in
the chat. And we never did.
Also, why didn't you come to our house "a few days ago" when you
saw it?
Finally, the location of the house is an issue. We hadn't been
raided for weeks until you saw where our home was.

We did not have the sufficient supplies to actually raid your
house. We were guessing your house was much more defended and
was more difficult to get into. We were wrong about that.

you did not. I could swear that I've seen this line pop up. The
building would have been discovered sooner or later any whom.

Yeah it probably would have been discovered. But the fact that
you "discovered" it the day after teleporting there is extremely

People were trying to, shooting me and my friend in the process
which annoyed me. My apologies for sounding angry or stressed.
And yes, it might be suspicious, but that does not disregard the
fact that you're accusing me of glitching and mod abusing. Which
this is not. We've been running around the whole map for hours
as I stated in my original post, and found yours in the last
corner of the map we had to scout through.

I did read your post, the whole point of this is that we DON'T
believe you just happened to find our house right after that
whole fiasco.
