yes
When I die i respawn under foundation DONslask house ( he built
his house on the spawn point ) and then i /sethome under
foundation.
I delete this /home, admin mvrd check all my /home ( 1-3 ). I
don't read rules and i don't know what i can't /sethome at
people houses.
I'm sorry, and ask for unban.

It's true that you may have spawned under his foundation, which
of course isn't your fault. But using /sethome when spawning
there/entering other player's houses it NOT allowed.
You said you haven't read the rules - had you been banned for
only using /sethome in DON slask' house, then maybe I'd
reconsider, but seeing as how you should almost see this
automessage twice an hour:
"Type /rules to see the server rules."
..saying that you haven't read the rules just isn't really an
excuse.

Well, i do have experience with ban/unbanning people since i am
also administrator at another community.
In my opinion (almost) everyone should deserve a second chance.
Let's wait for mvrb.
