In my years of operations I have seen various methods of
structuring a Operations Centre, what have you found to be the
       most effective structure?
also discuss the staffing compliment for the ideal 24 hour Ops.

One which is managed and tailored for you type of ops.
No one model will work for 2 companies, even though many of the
parts may be similar, there will always be tailored requirments.
I believe that the biggest problem with ops centres are they all
want to be the best, but they all try to do as the next, which
at the end of the day means no creativity and groth.

I will agree some sort of creativeness is required, but surelly
