       Regulations continued

       Hi guys,
       Any one received any further information regarding an update to
       the dispatcher regulations yet?
       Last I heard was they are still working on the cats, but they
       are aiming at enforcement by August 2012?
       Advise with updates please

       By what I see from you, they have not been published yet. But
       does it require a license or a certificate? can some one give us
       more info?
