       Best Ground Handlers

       Lately I have experienced in all fields of operations, as a
       passenger or as a Ops controller that the services delivered by
       South African Ground Handling services have been very poor. This
       now comparing to International airports.
       On more than one occasion have I experienced waiting on a
       aircraft for between 20 and 40 minutes after chocks on for a
       stair, or a bus, or  person to park the gate, not even to
       mention the wait at the baggage belt for your luggage.
       from Operations side I have had similar experiences waiting for
       tugs to arrive for push back, or tows etc....
       in your opinion which of our service providers would you suggest
       the best services from and on time performance?
