       Hi All
       Most of the companies that we work with makes use of outstation
       ground staff to facilitate with ops control duties, although we
       appreciate  the assistance it can become very irritating when
       they know to much or to just as irritating when they know to
       little.
       In your opinion, what do you need your support agents to know or
       not to know when they are required to assist in you companies
       dispatch?
       give us you incites and objections as this may change your, and
       their lives!!
