Please no crewing :'(
I figure crew should be done seperately, they are so >:( most
of the time, they make me sick.
But on the rest,
Flight Planning, Weather, notams, Schedules and chatting with
cabin ::)

The main duty for a dispatcher is making sure he can do
everything to assist the Flight deck crew to ensure a safe
flight.
WX
Notams
Load
Runway and Airport conditions
Any maintenance issues
Notoc
I also think it is very important for the dispatcher to give the
flight deck crew a full briefing I have seen to many times that
when the F/O does it the Captain does not tkae much notice and
worries more about who his cabin crew is and what the office
news is.
I agree with Wrecker Day of Ops (crew Issues) is not an Ops
function.

I know I will get in trouble, but personally I believe that
crewing should be handled seperately,
Yes you have to have crew to dispatch but it should not take
over your duty,
Remember Safety is the main concerne!!!!!
