       Information sought
       Last week we were contacted to assist setting up a 146-200
       operation in Benin. We put some hours into this and our planned
       consultant even went and got his Yellow Fever jabs. No sooner
       had we created contracts and sent proforma invoice than the
       whole thing seemed to fall flat on it's face.
       Email was left unanswered & the phone line to an American guy
       (Martin) in South Africa went straight to answerphone. I'm
       hoping that there's a justifiable reason for zero contact but
       will leave no stone unturned to get to the bottom this.
       Grateful for any input anyone can give me re this operation.
