       New Training Structure

       Specialised Training is one of our new ventures at EFO and we
       will be starting with development on new training programs,
       it will be structured on the Unit Standards of the Flight
       Dispatch National diploma, and will be built around the
       individual sections and departments throughout Operations,
       Can you guys give me some feedback to what structures you found
       working in centres at this point in time,
       for example,
       Flight Followers: flight Tracking, Weather Tracking, Delay
       anticipation, Radio Aids to assist flight following, new systems
       available,
       Flight Dispatch: Flight Planning, Weather Planning, Performance,
       Advanced Performance, Advanced Planning with regards to ETOPS
       etc...

       Good on you Mate,
       I would suggest that you spend some time in an operations
       centre, as that would be the only way you as trainer will be
       able to pin the correct training sections.
       My opinion, TETA suck, but they atleast offer a Diploma,
       I have been to the bank, and with my license they won't even
       give me a savings account,
       Although if I had a tertiary education they will give me
       anything I want.
       I don't like to tool but the product is awesome,
