       As far as I am concerned there is improvement in the pipeline.
       The new regulations is lying at CARCOM, should be approved in
       the next 9 months or so ( apparently ).

       9 months, you are very optimistic, like I heard it took 3 years
       to now, My guess about anouther 3 years at the rate the caa are
       going.
       No stress, we will get there some day
