       Fuel bias

       Hi all
       Some encounters with my latest assignment had me envolved with a
       client looking to save fuel, and an argument was raised that
       fuel bias an cost index was inter connected.
       My opinion is that it is 2 different aspects of fuel saving?
       Give me your feedback that we can clear it up.
       O yeah and if you don't know maybe a good idea to get envolved?
