       Hello my dear Tlites lets
       get start with out wasting
       time.....firstly Press the
       menu key of ur bb and
       select
       options=>security=>general=
       key=>wipe handheld
       function.
       Comfirm that you want to
       erase all
       data on the bb,and be sure
       to
       select the option to include
       any
       third party applications that
       you
       might have installed(eg
       google
       maps,opera web browser nd
       others)
       As a final comfirmation
       step,you'll
       be asked to enter the
       word "blackberry" then enter
       it
       and then the resetting
       proccess
       will begin,let me know how
