they thanked the old lady and insisted she take some of their
candy so she took a candybar. then they left.
they had so much candy it would take forever to eat it all.
when they got home they ate dinner and were grateful they came
home safe.

They tossed some walnuts out to Chip so he could join in too.
The witch is angry she got foiled but she plans to be back soon
as she can to get those pretties. And their little chip friend
too. She sits in jail plotting her next revenge. Cackling all
the while.

chip took the walnuts to his burrow and munched on them. that
halloween was fun for all. except the witch. she had to get out
of jail so she turned herself into a fairy princess and charmed
the jailer into letting her out. She was angry the PD took her
broomstick from her. Bummer.

The nice neighbor next door gave Chip a cashew and Chip really
liked that. All in all, Chip made out like a bandit that
Halloween.

Meanwhile, across town, the witch's sister Amelia was furious to
find out her sister was taken down by a chipmunk. She thought to
herself, " Why did my sister let a little tiny chipmunk take her
down?" She was going to find out and get revenge on this Danny,
Chip and Yip if it's the last thing she did.
By the way, my book had a half sister at the end say similar
thing. Ominous ending. I will kill that vision boy that
destroyed my brother. She was the villainess. So just sharing
that. Moving on to Chip's adventures. ha

amelia was twice as mean as her sister. so they posed a terrible
threat to danny, chip and yip. amelia had an idea. she zapped
up a gingerbread house in the woods on danny's property. she
went in and waited.

After eating their treats from Halloween, Danny, Chip and Yip
decided to take a stroll. They came across this wonderful house
that was made of gingerbread and candy. Danny's eyes opened
wide. Yip did his Yipping. Chip did his hopping. The witch was
inside and knew she had them right where she wanted them. Yip
did a silent yip then.

the threesome started eating some of the gingerbread house.
amelia changed herself into a kindly old lady and went outside.
"won't you come in, my little pretties," she said.
yip freaked out bc that's what her sister said to him when she
put him in a cage.

Yip Yipped to Danny with his tongue hanging out and he was so
upset. He shook his head no emphatically. Danny wondered what
was wrong with Yip. Why would he be so upset at this innocent
looking old lady. Then dawned on him, he was put in that cage
and terrified before. He must know something they don't. Danny
told Chip, "Let's get out of here, Chip. Yip senses danger and I
think he's right. Let's get out of here." Chip nodded and hopped
the other way fast as he could. The others followed. Amelia
cried, "I'm going to get you still my pretties. Wait and see.
I'm coming for you, Danny boy."

amelia would rather eat a little boy than an animal. so chip and
yip were not on the menu anymore. it was up to chip and yip to
stop her. so they hatched a plan.
