       This vision assumes that the main deficit of the constituent
       process was the inability to incorporate these traditional
       identities into the symbolic process of generating the new Magna
       Carta. In particular, it would have been necessary to find a way
       to present plurinationality within the framework of an inclusive
       patriotic sense. This is certainly noticeable in some of the
