       Enable/Disable Addons on the fly

       For those with DBM or other addon issues when changing
       talents/glyphs I read two things.
       1. reload your UI BEFORE trying to change your talents/glyphs,
       see if that works.
       2. Disable/enable addon before/after changing talents/glyphs:
