       3rd ascendancy quests

       Hello,
       Got a bit confused. In THIS

       topic
       it's said that in the 3rd ascendancy the quests start at 275
       level.
       But after reaching that the guard tells me a different story.
       So, is the guard lying to me or is the info in the ascendancy
       topic written incorrectly? :)
