       I want your opinion fellas. Shall I enchant this staff or try to
       get a better one to enchant?

       No, i would suggest you to find +luck+edr+increase speed or
       damage +2% then try for +11 when you find another pair with same
       options :)
       Also you can try your luck get +13/+15 from Raid square or +13
       from Treasure event at 200 level
