       Series IIA Jumping out of High ratio when going down steep incli
       ne in 2nd and 3rd

       Hi folks,
       I have a Series IIA and when going down  a steep incline it
       always jumps out of hi ratio into neutral.  I have researched
       the various causes and there seem to be a few possibilities.
       What I want to know is if I simply fabricate a hook to hold the
       Hi/Lo ratio stick in the Hi position will that damage anything?
