Sorry Chaps - only just seen this. There's stuff going on on the
ELR most Weds to Sunday, although weekends tend to be heaving.
I'd avoid the Real Ale Trail organised trips as they're very
expensive, and the time table generally means you don't get much
drinking time unless you're happy with cans on the trains. Both
Bury and Rawtenstall have some nice little pop-up micro-bars-,
would need to check mid week opening times. Only possible snag
is only Bury has main-line rail links with the Metrolink from
Manchester Victoria.

Hebden Bridge is another good drink - easier rail access from
Leeds or Manchester.
I've nowt major planned May or June - If there's any interest
I'd be happy to co-ordinate a day out, but as true OLLR spirit
applies, availability and arsedness may get in the way. I'm also
happy to meet somewhere more central on the rail network if that
would help make summat happen.

A few of us old skool guys are staying over at the Tan Hill inn
on monday 9th dec 2019 if anyone is in the area, a few lanes
between Hull and the venue on the monday and tuesday
