       Hi, thought I'd introduce myself by sharing some photos of my
       leafer. Owned it for a few years now, although it was owned by
       two different friends previously, so I've known the vehicle for
       a long time.

       Wow, didn't know you could get that much axle articulation with
       leaf springs.
       And by leaf spring I mean spring.
       Because it's the only type of spring.
       Very handy for the greenest green lanes!
       I take it from the username that the contents of the bonnet is
       not factory standard either?

       Amazing articulation. Judging by the "MT" reg it was probably
       supplied new by Harvey Hudson in Edmonton as it is the same reg
       area as my motor.

       Yep it's not exactly standard under the bonnet, but I hasten to
       add, it's a long way off 300bhp. That's just a handle/username
       I've used on other forums, so used it here too.
       The 88 is running a 200Tdi sans intercooler. Seems to go quite
       well. On the 825 XZL's we've VMAX'd it at 87mph in 4th...

       I'm setting up an RTV trial next weekend for Chiltern Vale Land
       Rover Club at Gt Brickhill, near Milton Keynes.
       So I thought I'd better put on my 'off road' tyres, as it'll
       probably be muddy on the site.

       These are 235/85R16, so a tad shorter than the 825's I've been
       running. But the Tdi seems to pull them fine, on the road,
       despite the off road biased tread pattern.
