       Late series ignition barrel

       Hi all had a bit of a mishap and lost the keys to the series,
       it's very simulare to the defender one bit the defender one has
       no facility for a choke. I don't need the choke so does anyone
       one know will the defender unit fit. I can get the series one
       but at £155 exchange it's a bit steep.

       Hi there,
       Wouldn't it be easier & cheaper to get a new key?  I have used
       keysinthepost.com before - just give them your vehicle model and
       the key number. This was stamped on the face of the key hole on
       my S2, have not looked on my S3, but probably on the ignition
       barrel.
       Your series must be much more secure than mine - if the ignition
       key is not handy, almost anything flat will do the job just as
       well...
