Hello to all,
my Name is Stephan I come from Landshut (approx 70 km east of
Munich). I own a 90 Defender year 94 which is stored now. My
plan was to rebuild the Defender because it is heavily corroded
from the road salt here in Bavaria. But than I saw a 109 Station
wagon and I felt in love.
But now there is no money left for the Defender which means I
had to put it in storage awaiting refurbishing. My 109 diesel
Station wagon
is a 1982 in limesgreen. It was delivered in Spain and came to
Germany via Italy and the Netherlands. The condition is good but
there are smaller issues to be performed. The only minus is that
I have to replace two frame outriggers. The other items are easy
going like replacing all the fluids tappet clearence and so on.
The next step is a professional corrosion prevention with Mike
Sanders (has anybody experience??). And than It should be ready
to go. And for sure this car will never be used in winter
conditions.

Welcome along dude, Not used in a winter, thats sacrilege they
are cold and draughty but very very fun in the snow.
