leaf sprung! If I can figure out how I'll post a pic of my 1980
S3 88, Mattilda, who I hope to have many adventures in (if
she'll stop falling apart for long enough...!) :-)

Yep, she's pretty standard and mostly original as far as I can
tell, though probably looking at a lead free head this year...

Thanks! She's not bad, only had her since June and already can't
see me ever getting rid of her (despite all the usual, er,
character!!). Based in Dunstable in Bedfordshire...

You might like to check out the Chiltern Vale Landrover Club
(cvlrc.co.uk )as they seem a friendly bunch - I've spectated at
a couple of their trials in Sewell, just a couple of miles up
the A5 from Dunstable - good fun!
