I followed the link to the thread, I could see
right simple plan
download entry form
print entry form
fill in enrty form
send off entry form
receive e-mail confirmation
you're booked in and going ;D
But I couldn't see an entry form.

Lower down the page are two links the the documents you need

Yes you can bring small caravans
Ground is rough and sloping for caravans so bring plenty of wood
for packers
