clutch help.

hi,
i've got a 2.5na with a 2a box, anyone got any idea what clutch
components i will need please.
plate, cover and release bearing.

I would most definately keep the full 2a clutch release
mechanism, with the vertical drivers side slave cylinder etc
etc..this set up is a proper solid engineered job rather than
the cheapo plastic shite series 3 set up.
The 2a release mech will need the type of clutch cover with the
'boss' in the centre which pushes the 'fingers' .
..the S3 type lacks this and uses a pathetic plastic release
bearing, if you can call it that, which acts directly on the
fingers to operate the clutch.

With the 2.5 I beleive you need the 9.5" clutch few here
suitable for series 2 gearbox

Part Number FRC2297[clutch plate] is what I fitted to mine in
Nov 07 2.5 15J engine same flywheel as yours, but series 3 box
so different cover plate.
