Hello all! Soon to be owner of a '66 Series 2a. Running and
rolling, but in need of some TLC. She has a Daihatsu engine
fitted and I might well be asking for a bit of advice about
popping a 2.25 back at some stage.

welcome along dude, if its done right thats a good conversion
and better mpg than a 2.25 but if you want original over economy
make sure the 2.25 is in good fettle.
