Can you buy replacement top damper mounts or is it a case of
fabbing them up.?
At this point i had a tidy up, covered up the bulkhead (they
were right when they said it was going to rain) and came inside
to sulk and drink Jack Daniels..

Brave work on the bulkhead there Jonny, in a few weeks time you
will be able to look back in amazement
at just how rusty it WAS....
Great work, down south you couldn't have done that today unless
you were an underwater deep sea diver welder fabricator!

hey where did you get the bulkhead repair section? is it lopped
out of an actual bulkhead ? only ask as when i wanted a pair i
could only find the usual suspects which don't include the
actual vent flange :(

I got mine from SP. They were a full vent section but i ended up
only using part of it

it has :( That and the fact i am weighing up my options with
both of my lwb chassis being fucked ::) Can't get any welding
done with the crappy weather so sulking about Dmmy spit Think
i am going to have to go down the galv chassis route for the
station wagon but that means saving pennies and i being a slow
build. Might as well go the whole way with a galv bulkhead etc.
Hey ho, Should be ready for leafers 2018 :rolleye0012: Still
can't get a guy who lives local to me to sell me his series 3
swb pick up. It has been sat on his drive for years but he is
having none of it. One day i will break him down with
persistence :smilewide:
