canvas up and a gas bottle heater to warm your hands when
needed, rain and cold wind is the real killer for me, everything
gets wet and i can't grip anything due to frozen fingers

My Ostio-arthritus fucks me every time, over the last year I've
had to get the head off twice, climbing in the engine bay and
lifting/replacing the head is a killer for me!
I'm now the proud owner of an engine crane, gets my show
machines in and out of the back too!
Did both diff seals with not too much problem, but doing brakes
I swear those wheels put on weight every time I take 'em off!
Unfortunately, no-where to sheet up to, so all my work is
weather depenant.

I've got a differential casing to clean and a front panel to
strip and repair. It's much warmer up here than in the cellar!

I parked mine up in the corner of the yard at work way back
before christmas. It needs the brakes looking at, Ive got all
the parts but the chair next to the fire at home is more
inviting than staying on at work any longer than I have to. So
you're not the only one ;D

Its when the weather is like this I feel very lucky to have a
workshop - I just have cba issues to get back outside after
getting warm indoors at tea time ::)
Problem is working outside all day in this bloody wind just
seems to make everything hard work :(
Had enough of this sideways rain too....
I always struggle with cold feet in shed time, breaks my
concentration and CBA sets in fairly quickly :(
I think Toby has hit the nail right between the eyes
though.......

Ive hibernated to the house until it warms up a bit. Freezing my
fingers off isnt my idea of fun right now >:(

the only time i seem to work on mine or any one elses is when
its raining dark and cold, it seems to work fine in the summer.

Still trying to find time to clean up-check over the underside
of WSL after the Xmas Wales do and Peak laning the other day. If
dry this weekend looks like the chest waders are going on and
the jet wash comming out. If not on nights next week might try
then.

My enthusiasm has gone up now it's started getting a bit lighter
and the days are getting longer, just finding the time to be
able to get out to the shed right now.
