109 rear fuel tank series 2 a

hello, any idea if a later model series 3 tank will fit as a
replacement to the above

i got a britpart one, needed a little persuasion to fit but now
its in, i take it there is no electric fuel pump on the 2a but
uses the lift pump from the engine, any diagrammatic of fuel
system would be welcome

give google search a try
on my series 3 diesel i have one pipe going from tank to the
lift pump and another from the last injector going back to the
tank as a spill pipe. then there are electrics for the fuel
sender. mine only has one wire never got about checking if the
warning light is fixed or if it works.
