I had these items brought to my attention, not seen anything on
here, but apologies if I missed it and am duplicating
information. We are getting a cha nce to see a recreation of the
original assembly line of land rovers at Solihull.

I visited the factory last year. We saw both assembly lines: one
where the big gay boingys are being assembled and the other with
the airsprung X-boxes. It's well worth a visit. In combination
with a half day driving it's not cheap, though.

I'm going in March - I heard they have a repro of the Series One
production line, so might take my steering box along and see if
I can swap it!
