Nowt to do with the Yanks. The 'N' is for Naval and the number
       is the serial number.

       Here's another new kite.
This one is rather different in that it's not built from a kit
but is scratch-built using plasticard, plastic strip and brass
and copper tubes. The propeller, wheels and some of the struts
are from an Airfix DH4 kit.
The Royal Aircraft Factory Fighting Experimental 2b (F.E.2b) was
originally a fighter/artillery spotter and bomber but,
outclassed by German fighter aircraft, became a night bomber.

       Some cracking builds there.
Have you seen this mans rigging wire?
  HTML http://www.uschivdr.com/shopping-categories/shop-rigging-and-various/
It's a bit fine for 1/48 but looks good for smaller. I have the
.5 and the .3 but have yet to use them.
I'm in the doldrums build wise having just this afternoon had my
nearly finished DSF230 and Me109 mistral broken beyond repair
when a bastard cat knocked it off my bench.
