anybody able to identify this steering wheel?

Looks very much like I remember from an Austin A40 pick up truck
that I ran. Nearly 50 years ago though so memory
fades.............

The Fv or fighting vehicle 6 range were Alvis'-
Stalwart 620, Saladin 601, Saracen etc
Looks like a Saladin to me judging by the date....
But would probably fit a stolly

here we go, some details:
the wheel is about 440mm in dia, the boss has roughly 85mm
outside dia and the centre has a keyway and takes a 21,5mm dia
centre tube/steering axle.
The part number could be IK6005.
The "gripping dots" on the underside are quite substantial.
I took a pic of the topside spoke as this seems "designed" in a
certain way.
